1) Validity

The following conditions govern the supply and sale of products and services offered on www.koverart.it and koverart.art by KOVERART LTD 126 East Ferry Road, Canary Wharf, London, England, E14 9FP N°Company 14192235 (hereinafter also referred to as "Publisher").

These terms and conditions apply if you choose to purchase individual copies or other products available on the website www.koverart.it  koverart.art. Please read them carefully as they affect your respective rights and responsibilities under the law and set out the conditions in Koverart ltd makes its products available to them.

The Publisher may update these terms and conditions from time to time, for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow the proper functioning of the subscription or purchase service.

Registration on the site implies full knowledge and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. You are authorized to use the services exclusively for personal, non-collective or commercial and/or profit purposes, and assume full responsibility for any unauthorized use of the materials, including the storage or acquisition of materials by unauthorized means and/or on terms not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. 3) Subscription and purchase agreement

By submitting a purchase order, the user proposes his offer to Koverart ltd, whose acceptance will result in a binding contract between the parties. The Publisher reserves the right to refuse any request for purchase, for any reason.

The purchase entitles you to receive printed copies or download digital versions of Koverart editions which are not published on a regular basis; you may order printed copies at any time unless they run out.

4) Payment

Once the payment is authorised and charged to you, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Koverart ltd is not responsible if you are refused authorization to pay by credit card, or your bank refuses to accept a direct debit mandate.

Advance payment is required for hard copies, purchases of previous publications and editions.

 

5) Delivery

Koverart hard copies purchased individually will be shipped within 7 working days to the address provided by you at the time of order.

Upon receipt of payment, within a maximum of 7 working days the paper copy purchased will be sent to the customer.

Koverart ltd is not responsible for the non-receipt of purchased copies, in case an incorrect or incomplete postal address has been provided. In order to avoid such inconveniences, please notify us in case of changes in the delivery address.

6) Delay in delivery and non-delivery

Koverart ltd is not responsible for delays in the delivery of hard copies; it is not responsible in case a failure to deliver is due to force majeure or falls under the control of our subcontractors; is not responsible for any delay caused by customs, or customs duties and taxes. Any additional costs for customs clearance shall be borne by the user. Koverart’s liability to you in the event of paper copies lost during shipment is limited to replacement missing copy.

 

7) Price information

The prices displayed on the SHOP section of the site are considered valid in relation to orders placed online.

Koverart ltd reserves the right to increase or change prices at any time. You will be informed promptly of any increase or change.

8) Payment by credit card of third party

If you do not use your credit/debit card to pay, you must ask the cardholder for permission before entering payment details.

 

9) Gift subscription
An e-mail will be sent to the recipient informing him of the gift and letting him know who gave him the subscription.

 

10) Use of personal information
The personal and transaction information provided by you will be used exclusively by the Publisher and its agents to process your order.
